Conjugated linoleic acids (CLA) are natural fatty acids (Omega 6) with multiple biological properties.
CLA is found in beef and dairy products, which are important to consume since humans do not produce CLA (1).

Most of CLA’s beneficial properties are induced by two main isomers: 9cis,11trans-CLA and 10trans,12cis-CLA (2) (3). Both isomers are found in Nutrimuscle CLA.
For example, 10trans,12cis-CLA is involved in catabolic processes such as lipolysis and fat oxidation*, while 9cis,11trans-CLA appears to be the active anabolic agent (10).
