Boogieman is a pre-workout supplement with a carefully considered composition. In developing the product, we wanted not only to offer maximum stimulation, but also to provide everything the body needs to cope with even the most intense workout.
Boogieman contains a complex of elements that ensure a muscle-pumping effect (arginine, citrulline). Improved blood flow to the muscles is associated with an increased supply of oxygen, nutrients, and anti-catabolic agents. We know that fatigue during intense exercise is primarily due to muscle acidosis, understood as a drastic increase in H+ ions, which is why we have included beta-alanine in Boogieman. The product contains a unique stimulant complex that combines ingredients supporting energy metabolism during exercise (taurine, caffeine, and tyrosine), adaptogens (ginseng, rhodiola rosea), and vitamins (B6, B12, B1), which help the body cope with training while supporting post-exercise health and recovery. BOOGIEMAN is designed for professional athletes. The recommended daily serving is 20g (10g IU). Recommended use: Dissolve one 20g (3 scoops) serving of the product (10g (1.5 scoops)) in 600ml (300ml eL) of water in a shaker. Drink 30 minutes before exercising. Please note: Do not take before bedtime! Do not use with other products containing caffeine or other ingredients with similar effects!
